Using the Stacks

Generally

To Add a Stack
1) Create a Stacks page in Rapidweaver.
2) Select the Stack in the library you want to use and drag it onto the page.
3) To view the Stack select preview. Make sure the theme you are using has the Rapidweaver.org framework installed.

Editing Smart info
4) Select the Stack and click the 'i' on the left side of it. This will bring up the smart info panel for the Stack which lets you change its appearance.

Rounded Box

A plain rounded box. Can add other stacks into it, like the column or the text Stack. The smart info changes the colour.

Collapsible Rounded Box

Collapsable Rounded Boxes are Rounded Boxes that can be opened and closed. The top stack will always be displayed. The bottom stack will be revealed when the user puts their mouse over the top stack. The smart info changes the colour.

Collapsible Plain Box

Works just like a Collapsable Rounded Box, except it is in a different style. The smart info gives many options to change the appearance.

Automatic Rounded Menu

Generates all the links automatically. Only does two levels of menus. The smart info gives many options to change the appearance. See the end of this page for how to change the font.

Menu, automatic, html/css 1.3 - Block kit

HTML/CSS Menu block. Edit in exactly the same way you would edit a rounded menu block. Notice that there is new smart info though, please see the smart info section of the manual. See the end of this page for how to change the font.

Submenu, automatic, 1.3 - Block Kit

Automatic submenu. Edit like you would the automatic rounded menu. It will only show links to sibling pages. See the end of this page for how to change the font.

Changing the font in the menus

1) Select all the dummy text as shown. This text does not show up on your page anywhere, but the style of this text is used in the menu.
2) Use the formatting menu down the bottom of the page to change the font. You can do things like select the font (shown), change the colour, and change the weight.
